He holds a master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from the Institute of Technology and Management in association with SNHU (Southern New Hampshire University). Avishek also has a diploma in Digital Business and Digital Business Strategy from The Emeritus Institute of Management in collaboration with Columbia Business School & MIT Sloan.

Throughout his career, Avishek has worked for various reputable organizations in the insurance sector in India, including ICICI Lombard, Reliance General Insurance, and HDFC ERGO. His extensive experience and expertise in the insurance industry make him an invaluable asset to any organization.

In his spare time, Avishek enjoys pursuing his interests in photography, travel, music, and reading.
