Manfred is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience working in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, and India. He has actively contributed to the region's remarkable transformation and the evolution of its financial sector, not merely as an observer, but as a key participant. As a result of his significant contributions, he has established an unparalleled network of contacts.

Manfred's extensive experience and expertise in the financial sector is reflected in his impressive career trajectory. Since May 2020, he has been the Founder and Managing Director of Mavi Holding. Prior to this, he served as the President Asia Pacific at Assurant from 2018 to 2020, and as the Executive Vice President at The Warranty Group from 2014 to 2018.

Before joining The Warranty Group, Manfred held several leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, including CEO of Deutsche Bank Thailand from 2009 to 2011, and Managing Director/Head of Transactional Banking Asia Pacific from 2011 to 2014. He also spent nearly two decades in various senior positions at Deutsche Bank.
